Terms of Service

General

Do not steal or trace my art, do not claim my art as your own or reupload it anywhere without crediting me first.
If uploaded to your social media, you can credit to my vgen or to my account there, I'm @Chryzocyon everywhere.
I have the right to not accept any commission that I determine as hateful/inflamatory towards any marginalized group.
Once you receive your design, you are free to do anything you want with it!

PAYMETS

All payments are done either through VGEN or PayPal.
All prices listed are in USD
Extra characters and complex backgrounds add an extra 30% of your commission.
Commissions that are to be used for monetized content add a 50%.
Designs that are to be used for monetized content add a 60% fee.

REVISIONS AND COMMUNICATION

WIP's will be provided in every stage of the commission (Pencils, inks, base color, etc.), in which changes can be requested and feedback is encouraged, this unless otherwise specified in the request form. Code word is Roar-Bark.
If you opted for open communication, I will continue with the commission only until given the go ahead by you after sending a WIP.

DEADLINES AND TAT TIME

You can specify a dealine to your commission, though a rush fee of 30% may be added if the dealine if of 5 days upon ordering the commission.
As of this moment, I am a full time vet student part time artist, my work days for commissions are from Thursday/Friday to Sunday, so TAT may vary from a few days to a few weeks depending on my workload at that time, I ask for patience and understanding.
If you add a deadline to your commission, I will let you know before the commission is accepted if I am able to meet the deadline at the time, which heavily depends on the workload from vet school that I have at the time. It's your choice if you want to continue with the commission.

CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS

IF the commission is cancelled while still within the agreed dealine, then full refunds are only available before I begin sketching, after that the refund will only be partial and will depend on how much the artwork was completed already. If the artwork has been finished the option of a refund is not available.
Rude/abusive commissioners will have their commission immediately cancelled and partially/completely refunded, they will not receive whatever artwork was done.

Commision Type: The type of commission you'd like.
Reference: Reference sheet or picture of the character you'd like me to draw, text descriptions are allowed, you could also use Picrews.
Description: Description of what pose and expression you'd like for your commission, can include text desc., pose and expression reference pictures, color palettes, etc.
